Perfection is the enemy of production
What, Why and When - ramble
That’s why this site is live now. I’ve been tinkering with it for over a week - honestly, it’s been on my to-do list for more than a year.
I finally decided to stop overthinking and ship it. I’ll keep editing as I go.
This is a simple template I found in Astro’s library. Nothing fancy, but it works. I had a few things in mind about what this little corner of the internet should look and feel like. And well… perfectionism + procrastination = delays.
I already had a backup (a wiki-style site), so I didn’t feel the urgency to build this properly until now.
As you probably know, I’m preparing for UPSC CSE and most of time and energy was absorbed that effort and because of that - have been out of dev work for a year. I feel a little rusty, so I’m using this project to warm up again --- to get back in shape before the real work starts.
I’m updating all the pages, one by one.
You weren’t really supposed to be here yet. But I’ve mentioned this domain in a few places, and instead of redirecting to the old wiki, I thought — hey, the homepage is somewhat ready, let’s go live.
I know it’s still rough around the edges, but I wanted to share it anyway.
My current plan is will spend 30–40 minutes daily on this project after May 25th (Wish me luck - that’s the first D-day of UPSC CSE 2025) and should have everything polished within two weeks. Until then, this is what you’ll see — so thanks for bearing with it.
I’m also working on some ideas — the first proper blog post will be up in a week. Something more thoughtful than this ramble. 😉
Thank you.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably part of my close circle. You know this domain. And I’m lucky you’re here — reading, supporting, maybe even giving feedback.
